The 1:1 Career Coaching Package – The Good Fit Formula 

This 1:1 Coaching Package includes 7, 1-hour one on one coaching sessions over the course of 8-10 weeks, as well as a new executive resume, an updated LinkedIn profile, and access to Good Fit Careers Interview AI
Session 1Direction Setting and Finding Your Way – Together we will talk through what you want next in your career. We will spend time discussing your early career experiences, how your interests and expertise have changed over time, and together we will chart a course for the next step in your career.
Session 2  and 3Resume and LinkedIn Intake Discussions – Together we will pull together all of the information we will need to build your professional positioning. These sessions will feel like informal interviews. We will talk through all of the details related to each of your roles and we will work together to develop the core stories for your professional narrative. During this phase of our work together, the pattern of your experience will start to emerge. One week after completing the intake sessions, I will present and deliver the rough draft of your new resume.
Session 4Go to Market Strategy – Once we have established your direction and developed your professional positioning, we will work together to create an actionable and realistic go to market strategy. During this session we will work through finding roles that are objectively a good fit, and we will define your benchmark opportunity. From there, we will talk through best practices on reading position descriptions, cold outreach, and we will build a networking strategy tailored to your needs.
Session 5 and 6Interview Coaching – Now that we have defined your direction, developed your positioning, and established your go to market strategy, we will prepare for your upcoming interviews. In the first Interview Coaching Session we will conduct a mock screening call based on your benchmark opportunity. We will use an advanced AI tool to capture qualitative and quantitative insights on your communication style, and we will work together to make sure your delivery is smooth, clear, and confident. In the second Interview Coaching Session we can either repeat the same screening call for practice and further refinement or transition to a new opportunity depending on your preferences at the time.
Session 7Opportunity Evaluations and Total Rewards Negotiations – In the 7th and final session of the program, we will talk through your must haves and how to evaluate your opportunities and their respective total rewards packages. We will review negotiation best practices, we will review common pitfalls and missteps that can occur during the hiring process, and we will develop a series of objective criteria for you to evaluate your opportunities against.
